REMINDER: City Hall and most of our facilities will close Thursday & Friday for the #Thanksgiving holiday. Here’s a round-up of what’s open and closed:
Emergency services will be available, as always, 24/7. However, Yakima Municipal Court and Police and Fire Department business offices will be closed.
Harman Center closed Thursday thru Saturday, Nov. 24-26.
Lions Pool closed Thursday, but will open on Friday.
Yakima Transit will not provide bus service Thursday, but will operate its normal schedule on Friday.
There will be no City of Yakima garbage pick-up service on Thursday. Garbage scheduled for pick-up on Thursday by the City’s Refuse Division will
instead be collected Friday. Garbage pick-up scheduled for Friday will be collected Saturday.
