Central Washington University has announced Jaspinder Kaur and Dontae Owens as student speakers for its June 13 commencement ceremonies. Both students plan to share messages reflecting their personal journeys and hopes for their graduating class.
Air Force Major Ariana G. (Linse) Savino has been posthumously awarded the Martin Luther King Jr. Medal of Distinguished Service by King County Council for her dedication to community service and leadership. The honor recognizes both her military achievements and commitment to uplifting others.
Savannah Cottingham overcame early doubts about higher education before finding inspiration at Central Washington University. With support from faculty mentors and family encouragement, she now prepares for further studies after multiple publications.
