  • Change your filters to keep your heaters working well. 
  • Minimize air drafts by sealing gaps around doors, light fixtures, and plumbing. 
  • Check your fireplace to make sure the damper is fully closed when not in use.
  • Remove A/C window units to prevent heat loss. 
  • Close the curtains at night to help keep room temperatures more comfortable.
  • Open the curtains during the day to absorb heat from the sun.
