The City of Selah is requesting proposals for the purpose of developing a housing action plan from a qualified professional consultant(s). The Housing Action Plan will meet the
requirements of HB1923 passed in the 2019 State of Washington legislative session.

1. Deadline for Submittal of Proposals: November 14, 2022
2. Preliminary Review of Applications: November 8, 2022
3. Notification Short-Listed Firms: November 21, 2022
4. Interview of Short-Listed Firms and Selection: Week of November 23-29, 2022
5. Negotiations: December 2022
6. Contract: End of December 2022-January 2023
