City of Ellensburg issued the following announcement on Sept. 30.
On October 6th and 7th, the Finance/Utility counter in City Hall will close between 12:00-1:00 PM and 4:00-5:00 PM. Utility services remain available online or over the phone at (509) 962-7201.
