CITY OF UNION GAP: Notice of Telephonic 2021 Budget Workshop

City of Union Gap issued the following announcement on Oct. 30. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., the Union Gap City Council will conduct a 2021 Budget Workshop. Per COVID-19 protocol, the City of Union Gap is allowed only ten (10) people inside the Council Chambers. Therefore, Council and staff will attend the workshop in the Council Chambers while the public attends via GoToMeeting (see COVID-19 Public Meeting Procedures below). COVID-19 Public Meeting Procedures: in accordance with current and ongoing proclamations by the Governor of the State of Washington, (particularly proclamation 20-28) guidance from the State Attorney General on requirements of the Open Public Meetings Act, directives from the State Health Department and Yakima Health District regarding COVID-19, the City of Union Gap has determined that meetings of the Council will be conducted telephonically via GoToMeeting until the Governor’s Stay at Home order has been lifted, or unless the City is given approval by the Department of Health to have limited in-person meetings. Audience members are welcome to listen to the 2021 Budget Workshop by calling-in using the phone number and access code below. Audience comments will accepted in writing by emailing the City Clerk at Karen.Clifton@uniongapwa.gov or by mailing to P. O. Box 3008, Union Gap, Washington, 98903 prior to 5:00 p.m. on November 2, 2020.
