YVC successfully launches new student self-service portal and mobile app

Website registration open

Yakima Valley College has successfully launched ctcLink, a new, mobile-friendly portal that enables students to more easily register for classes, communicate with their instructors and advisors, view financial aid awards, and much more.

“The successful launch of ctcLink means it will be easier for YVC students, faculty and staff to conduct their college business anywhere, anytime,” said Teresa Rich, vice president for administrative services. “In particular, we’re grateful to provide our students with a more user-friendly experience.”

YVC is part of the sixth group of Washington state community and technical colleges switching to ctcLink from technology introduced in the mid-1980s. YVC activated ctcLink on May 9 and students began using the system on May 19.

The rollout of ctcLink includes the launch of a new Online Admission Application Portal which is now accepting applications from prospective YVC students.
