The City of Ellensburg Parks & Recreation Department is seeking responses from qualified individuals or businesses interested in providing vending services for the 2022
season at Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park. Proposals should include; a description of food cart or trailer, proposed menu and prices, times and days the vendor will be providing the
service, garbage mitigation plan, and customer service experience. Concessionaire, at its sole cost, shall maintain commercial/general liability insurance in an amount of not less
than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and shall name the City as an additional insured on the policy, as well as the necessary business and health department licenses.
Responses must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. PST, July 20, 2022 to:
