CWU Trustees to Hold Annual Planning Retreat
The Central Washington University Board of Trustees will meet for its annual planning retreat July 28 (Thurs.) and 29 (Fri.) in Leavenworth, WA. The meeting will be held at
Sleeping Lady Resort, 7375 Icicle Road. On July 27, trustees and executive staff will attend a social dinner. No university business will be discussed at the dinner.
On Thursday, July 28, trustees will meet in executive session at 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of reviewing the performance of a public employee as allowed under RCW 42.30.110
(1)(g). At 9:30 a.m., trustees, members of the executive leadership team, and other university staff will meet for the day to discuss university vision and mission, enrollment and
other data and budget. At the conclusion of this meeting, the trustees will meet in executive session for the purpose of reviewing the performance of a public employee as allowed
under RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g). A social dinner will be held that evening. No university business will be discussed at dinner.
On Friday, July 29, trustees will meet in executive session at 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of reviewing the performance of a public employee as allowed under RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g).
The business meeting will begin at 9:15 a.m., and will include a public comment period. Rules pertaining to the public comment period are also available at www.cwu.edu/trustees
