Census Bureau: 76.6 percent of people in Pierce County were old enough to vote in 2020

Of the 891,862 citizens living in Pierce County in 2020, 683,286 were old enough to vote as of March 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 345,004 of those people were female and 338,282 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
