UPDATE: The semi has been moved and is no longer blocking.
The Ellensburg Police Department is aware of the semi-truck that is broke down on University Way and Walnut St. There is a tow on the way however, due to this lovely snow, driving conditions are less than ideal! Thank you to everyone who has called, it is being handled.
