We celebrated the retirement of Reserve Deputy James Scott! He volunteered 19 years with our office and the citizens of Yakima County. He was instrumental in the development and implementation of our boating unit and rescue dive team. He put in so many hours training, teaching, educating, enforcing boating and diving in our County. Thank you James for all your efforts and dedication to our office.
