Tree trimming in the City starts on September 12. Please be advised that the City of Ellensburg Light Department will trim trees and other vegetation in and around the City. Our

qualified utility contractor will trim trees and vegetation that could interfere with overhead lines. This work is necessary to minimize the likelihood of outages and safety hazards.

There is no charge to customers for this service. If you have any questions or concerns about this work, please call 509-962-7124. The contractor has maps of the work area, and

maps are available at our office located in City Hall, 501 N. Anderson St.
