Yakima Valley College issued the following announcement on Mar. 4.

Congratulations to YVC’s 2nd Spring Enrollment winner Jazmin Gonzalez! Jazmin just won a $25 gift card for enrolling early for Spring quarter.
Get registered for the next drawing.
Step 1 – Enroll in Spring Quarter classes by March 15
Step 2 – Post to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter sharing which class you are most excited to take and make sure to use #YakSpring22
Step 3 – Tag 2 friends in the post

Weekly winners will be selected at random and will be contacted after registration has been confirmed.

Air Force Major Ariana G. (Linse) Savino has been posthumously awarded the Martin Luther King Jr. Medal of Distinguished Service by King County Council for her dedication to community service and leadership. The honor recognizes both her military achievements and commitment to uplifting others.
